our wines: alsace varieties
Our Alsace wines revealed
We use the 7 grape varieties of our region. Each variety possesses a character worth discovering and culinary indications for your consideration.
Enjoy our white wines at 10°, reds at 12° and sparkling wines at 8°.
We respect the natural expression of our wines, by maintaining in the vintage what the year gave it: sun, rain, and aging.
The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée is born of the land on which it grows.
Our vines are spread across a number of different hillsides, of which the geology is the essence of our terroir:
Fleckstein, Westerberg
- Clay and limestone earth, resting on schist
- Fine, delicate wines with developed fruits
-
Schenkenberg
- Silt-sandy soil and granite subsoil
- More ample wines, rounded on the palate

good fruity finish”.
