Steeped in the experience handed down by two generations of winemakers, we have energised this heritage
We tend 7 hectares of vine, and we offer a range of wines of character, made with absolute respect for the land and for tradition. Sparkling white and rosé wines, made according to the Champagne method, are also added in addition to the seven traditional grape varieties.
Our vineyard is split over several hillsides with separate geologies.
We strive to give you natural, authentic wines, which is why:
Rosheim is a site that has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. The ancient medieval gate towers are the symbol of its status as a free town. This status was granted subsequent to its adherence to the decapolis in 1354. The Roman Church of St Peter and Paul, dating from the 12th century, glorifies Roman art, with its sculpted bestiary and worked capitals. The numerous timbered houses, Roman house dating from the 12th century, walks in the vineyard and in the forest will help make your stay in our town a memorable one.
Mount St.Odile, at 763 metres altitude, overlooks our vineyard. This oft-visited pilgrimage site offers a panoramic view over the plains of Alsace.
The Alsace wine route, twisting from North to South through the vines and villages, passing through Rosheim, will allow you to discover our wines and our lands.
